Membership Details
Monthly Payment
Your monthly auto-pay is drafted approximately 30 days from the date you sign up and every 30 days thereafter. Depending on your membership plan, you will receive one monthly service credit. Your monthly credit becomes available after each monthly auto-pay.
Rollover Credits
Unused monthly credits roll over and remain valid while your membership is active, up to 5 total credits at a time.
Membership Sharing
Membership may be shared with one designated family member.
Cancellation & Suspension
Month-to-month memberships may be canceled at any time. Unused credits remain redeemable for 30 days after cancellation. Memberships may be placed on hold for up to 90 days once per calendar year.
