At Jax-Zen, yoga is more than poses — it’s a chance to breathe, move, and reset. Our intimate Hot Yoga classes feature gently heated flows. We also offer unheated specialty sessions — like Gentle Flow, Kundalini and workshops — to nurture strength, calm, and connection.

Why Hot Yoga?
Hot Yoga at Jax-Zen offers a reset for your whole system. Practicing in a gently heated space helps your body warm up safely, allowing for deeper stretches, greater mobility, and a release of stored tension. The heat also supports detoxification through sweat, cleansing the skin and helping you feel lighter and more renewed from the inside out.
The Benefits of Infrared Heat
Our studio uses gentle infrared heat, which feels different from traditional forced-air systems. Instead of just warming the air, infrared waves heat the body directly — promoting increased circulation, reduced inflammation, improved flexibility, and deep relaxation. Many students describe it as both grounding and invigorating, like a moving sauna that leaves you glowing.

What to Expect in Class
Our Yoga classes are intentionally small and supportive, offering space for you to move, breathe, and listen to your body. Each session weaves together mindful movement and breath, with options to modify or challenge yourself at any level. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced — just come as you are.
We recommend bringing a towel, a water bottle, and an open mind.
Expect to sweat, smile, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to yourself.

🌿 Unheated (Approx. 75°) – Comfortable room temperature, no added heat.
🔥 Warm (Approx. 85–95°) – Gentle heat to support mobility and relaxation.
🔥🔥 Hot (Approx. 95–100°) – Noticeable heat to enhance flexibility and focus.
🔥🔥🔥 Very Hot (Approx. 99–105°) – Intense heat for deep release and detox.

Kundalini Yoga is a deeply transformative practice that blends movement, mantra, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation to awaken your inner energy and elevate consciousness. Each class is structured around a specific intention or "kriya" designed to balance the nervous system and connect body, mind, and spirit.
No experience is necessary — just a willingness to tune in and discover your inner vitality.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. If you have a yoga mat or meditation cushion you love, feel free to bring it. We provide mats, blocks, and blankets to support your practice.
