The Art the the Ages series will teach young artists how art has progressed throughout the centuries through fun and engaging lessons.
Ancient Art (4-weekly sessions)
From learning about the Lascaux Cave & prehistoric animals to the inspiring style and conventions of ancient Egypt, students are set up for an exciting start to exploring art history! Many of the lessons for Prehistoric art focus on simple materials like oil and chalk pastels, watercolor and acrylic paint. Drawing contour lines, animals and figures, creating different textures & patterns, understanding the element of space and even printmaking are some of the subjects and techniques explored in this 4-week series.

Kidi-Zen is designed to support 2nd-5th graders inquisitive minds and creative nature! Get ready to discover art from around the world! Participants will make cool multicultural creations as they learn more about the world around them.
Campers will need to bring a nut-free lunch/snack to camp. (i.e. NO PEANUT BUTTER, ALMONDS, TRAIL MIX WITH NUTS, NUTELLA, OR ITEMS MADE IN A FACTORY that processes nuts)"
